How to install your Twin Draft Guard Hug N' Fit

Six quick steps, no tools or adhesive. Most doors take just a few minutes.

In the box
1 fabric sleeve [CONFIRM]
2 foam tubes [CONFIRM]
You'll need
Tape measure
Scissors or a serrated knife (only if trimming)

Measure your door
Measure the width of your door. The guard fits doors up to 36"; note the width if yours is narrower.

Trim to fit
If your door is narrower, cut the foam tubes to the door's width with scissors or a serrated knife.

Insert the tubes
Slide one foam tube into each side of the fabric sleeve until they sit fully inside.

Slide it under the door
Open the door and slide the sleeve underneath so one tube rests on each side.

Adjust for a snug fit
Adjust the guard so it hugs the door closely on both sides. [CONFIRM how Hug N' Fit adjusts]

Test the door
Open and close the door a few times. The guard should move with the door and stay in place.

Care

Slide the foam tubes out before cleaning the cover.
Clean the fabric cover following its care label.
Let the cover dry fully before putting the tubes back.

Tips

Works on carpet, tile, hardwood and linoleum.
Made for gaps up to about 1" under the door.
Cut a little at a time — you can always trim more.
